This is a form of exercise where you perform yoga either in a sitting or lying position in a comfortable temperature around 40-50 degrees in the sauna. The slow-paced exercise in the quiet environment of the sauna calms and focuses the mind in the present. It is a wonderful and warm experience, as well as a healthy form of exercise for the whole body.
